Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Lumieon. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item was defective or damaged in transit.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund or exchange. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment or send a replacement item, depending on your preference.

Please note that we cannot accept returns on customized or personalized items. If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately so we can rectify the issue.
